Hi, I am Ana Monica Arguzon, working at home mom who's motivated and passionate about everything I do.

I've been a Customer Service Representative for 6 years and my task is to supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. I am the front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

 

I can also help you with your Social Media Management, creating, scheduling, analyzing, and engaging with content posted on social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

 

And I can be your Virtual Assistant who will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools
